Young Fugitives

"John Rawlins' Young Fugitives (1938) has been given a more-than-decent transfer from a fairly good quality print for this Alpha Video DVD. There are no significant flaws in the print, which has good contrast and detail and is remarkably consistent throughout, including the audio. The disc gets the usual Alpha six-chapter breakdown without any extras or frills. The main appeal is the movie's basic, old-fashioned sentimentally dramatic story that is interspersed with humor."
