God's Country and the Man

After his father is murdered in cold blood, a cowboy (Tom Keene) and his friends set out on a search for the murderer. During the search, they accidentally stumble across a large vein of gold. The killer and his gang hear about it and head for the site to take it over and get rid of the men who are hunting them.
