Kelly of the Secret Service

In this tale of crime and intrigue a government agent sets off to steal the plans for a newly designed guided missile. He then finds the designer himself stole the plans from someone else and took all the credit. This leads to a mesmerizing confrontation between the agent and the bogus scientist.
