A hospital worker settling into her new apartment discovers that the maintenance worker in her nearly-abandoned complex should be feared more than trusted in this low-budget nerve-shredder from first time feature filmmaker Paulo Diaz. A newcomer to the city of Aurora, Illinois, Stephanie was just getting situated in her new apartment when Paul, the building's maintenance man, offered to lend a helping hand. Before long the two have become fast friends, but how much can you trust someone you barely know, especially when they can enter your apartment anytime they please? When the subject of a missing girl arises, the atmosphere in the building turns sinister and Stephanie realizes that her new friend Paul may be directly tied to the crime.
