Trouble in the Sky

This British drama centers upon a pilot who ends up officially blamed for an airliner crash in India. His daughter doesn't believe her father is at fault and asks an examiner to begin his own investigation. Later her father dies in a similar crash. The investigator then discovers that the plane's designer has been covering up some structural problems as he tries to correct them. The girl uses this information to clear her late father's name.
