The NHK Symphony mounted this classic production of Verdi's 1851 opera +Rigoletto, performed on stage and filmed in 1961. In the principal roles, it stars Aldo Protti, Gianni Proggi and Gabriella Tucci; The NHK Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Arturo Basile, lends added musical accompaniment.
