Fitness at Home, Vol. 7

This program includes two individual fitness programs ranging from 15-18 minutes in length. Varying in intensity, the segments are designed for use in the home, taking advantage of common household items instead of fancy gym equipment. This volume deals mostly with the abdominal muscles, and like the rest of the FITNESS AT HOME series, contains warm-up and stretching sections.
