Gone to Texas

Gone to Texas is a made-for-television biography of Sam Houston (Sam Elliott), the Western hero and former Tennessee governor who fought for Texas' independence from Mexico, as well as its entry into the United States. The film has also been shown with the title Houston: The Legend of Texas.
