Harold and Maude

"In the rush to flood the DVD market with titles, Paramount Pictures released several of their classic older films with very little fanfare and very few extras. Unfortunately, the Harold and Maude DVD is one of them, with no extras save for two theatrical trailers and a grainy, scratchy widescreen transfer. Though the disc is released in Dolby Digital 5:1 Surround, there is no isolated track for songwriter Cat Stevens' brilliant music. Even the setup options offer only English subtitles for the hard of hearing. This Harold and Maude DVD is merely for those fans who simply must own a widescreen copy of the film. Other moviegoers would be satisfied watching this classic film on video or cable."
