The Hours [WS]

"Stephen Daldry's 2003 Academy award-winning film The Hours comes to DVD in this special edition from Paramount with a widescreen anamorphic transfer. Audio is available in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound in English or Stereo French with optional English subtitles. Lead actresses Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore, and Nicole Kidman offer one audio commentary track, while Daldry and source novelist Michael Cunningham offer an alternate commentary track. Special featurettes include ""Three Women,"" ""The Mind and Times of Virginia Woolf,"" ""The Music of The Hours,"" and ""The Lives of Mrs. Dalloway."" Also contains an introduction by the filmmakers, theatrical trailers, and closed captioning. Paramount has also released The Hours in a separate full-screen edition."
