Chakra Dance Flow: Movement Meditation

Dance instructors Darshan and Mariyah aim to create a authentically holistic experience by combining dance, freestyle movement, and guided meditation in such a manner that the viewer can release their tensions and anxieties while reclaiming their inner balance and true sense of purpose. Viewers of all ages and fitness levels can take part in a physical, emotional, and spiritual workout that uses the system of seven charkas as guidance. In addition to being able to access all charkas (root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown) either at one time or individually, viewers can refresh themselves with a ten-minute routine that uses the exercises featured in the program to create a relaxing, non-stop meditative dance.
