Spartacus

In this classic film, based on a true story of the 73 B.C. Roman slave rebellion, Spartacus is a slave in the mines of Libya who is sold to Batiatus in a group destined to become gladiators. Spartacus eventually leads a slave revolt against the Roman leaders.
