Writer-director Theresa Rebeck's indie dramedy takes sibling rivalry to a new extreme. Anjelica Huston and Bill Pullman play a pair of eccentric middle-aged siblings who become embroiled in a bitter conflict over the inheritance of their father's land in rural Vermont. Their childhood friend, a records clerk, the local lawyer, and several neighbors attempt to help the two resolve their differences without harming each other.
