From his early beginnings in the 1950s as a doo-wop singer to his rise as a sought-after front man for the likes of Black Sabbath and Rainbow, culminating in going solo, every aspect of Dio's career is covered. The retrospective includes interviews with family, friends, colleagues, band members, and peers and is the only estate-authorized documentary to cover Dio's entire career.
