Pacoima is suburb of Los Angeles, California, and sits just east of San Fernando Valley. Pacoima is one of the poorest cities in the area and is filled with gangs, drugs, murderers, violence, and teenagers just trying to survive the streets. In 1985, a select group of teens takes on situations that average teenagers don't encounter. Crazy K is the leader of this group of teens. Along with Crazy K is Joey, and the two have been best friends since they were toddlers. The two are respected, admired and feared from not just the other teens in the city, but also the adults.
Crazy K is not only in charge, but he is also a father. But that doesn't stop Crazy K from being a man and the boss of the group. He has to make a statement, and he demands respect. Joey loves Crazy K and will do anything, even die, for him. Does Joey do things for Crazy K for love or fear? What price do the teenagers of Pacoima do to become a part of Crazy K's family?
The week of New Year's Eve will be a week of this group's lives that they will never forget. There will be suspense of ever-changing events. Murder will take place. Drugs and prostitution are involved. Assassination is the game. They live and play by the street laws, not the laws of the city. Encounters of love, sex and suspense is expected. They seek justice, but not from the courts, but street justice.
