Nursie

"A man and his girlfriend are traveling through South Louisiana on a rainy night when a car runs them off the road. When the man comes to, he is being cared for by a deranged, sadistic nurse who has given him sedatives so that he is confused, and almost immobile. He has no idea where his girlfriend is but he must try to find her before Nursie uses her twisted medical practices to kill them both."
