Stairway to Heaven

In this remarkable British fantasy film, David Niven stars as a WWII RAF pilot who is forced to bail out of his crippled plane without a parachute. He wakes up to find he has landed utterly unharmed. A celestial court then argues over whether or not to claim Niven's life.
