Left, Right and Centre

This lighthearted comedy takes place on the eve of a British election. The Conservative Party candidate Robert (Ian Charmichael) is an upper crust aristocrat. His Socialist opposition candidate Stella (Patricia Bredin) is the daughter of a Billingsgate fishmonger. The two fall in love, and their respective constituents attempt to break up the lovers before the election. .
