"Abdul Malik Abbott's urban gangster film State Property comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer. The closed-captioned English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. English and Spanish subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include deleted scenes, a making-of featurette, a trailer, and three music videos. This is a decent release from Studio Home Entertainment that should be of interest to genre enthusiasts, but offers very little to the average DVD consumer."
