In this comedy, that is 70 percent silent, a simpleminded real estate gent falls in love with a woman whose father has rented a house from him. Trouble ensues when the father refuses to renew his lease unless the agent can rent the property next to his land. The dim-bulb agent rents it out to a gang of bank robbers. Mayhem ensues.
