A middle class girl and a common thief do their best to make love last by bridging the social divide that threatens to tear them apart. Viviana is a beautiful girl with a bright future, and Rub?n earns his keep by robbing graves and running with thieves. As Viviana does her best to break through to Rub?n by venturing into his neighborhood, Rub?n assumes the role of a modern day Robin Hood in hopes of proving he's capable of accomplishing more in life. Yet despite the fact that this mismatched couple is willing to sacrifice convenience for true love, things quickly grow complicated when their over-opinionated friends come into the picture.
