In this family film Austin, a 12 year-old boy who has just relocated to a new town enters his dog, Dino into a talent competition after learning he can sing. Dino becomes an overnight sensation and Austin gains popularity at school, but unfortunately the special dog has caught the eye of the local dog catchers.
