This intermediate fitness program incorporates the V2 Max Plus Reformer*, Jumpboard and Vinyasa Triangle to encourage an increased level of fitness by holding traditional Vinyasa Yoga postures against the spring-loaded resistance of the V2 Max Plus Reformer.
