The Three Tenors Christmas

"The world's three most famous operatic tenors -- Jose Carreras, Placido Domingo, and Luciano Pavarotti -- met in Vienna for a special Christmas-themed concert, and this DVD features highlights from their holiday show. The images have been presented in their original full-frame format, and listeners have a choice of two audio formats: Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Digital Stereo. The DVD edition of this release features little bonus material -- short biographies and selected discographies for the three featured performers -- but the superior sound quality of the DVD format, as well as the ease of cuing up individual selections, will doubtless make this a preferred purchase over the VHS edition of this concert for the discerning consumer."
