Dragonball : Curse of the Blood Rubies

This original full length movie from the Dragonball anime franchise lays down the premise of the many films and TV series in the Dragonball universe from the beginning. It tells the story of a boy named Goku, who together with his seven oddball friends, is on a quest to find the seven mystical Dragon Balls - artifacts that have the power to summon the Eternal Dragon, and grant the one who collects them a wish. But the adventure that it takes to find the balls is not that easy, and even if Goku and his buddies manage to nab them all, nobody knows just who gets to make that wish.
