Soccer Training Wall Work

A player learning and improving techniques against a wall will progress 2 to 3 times faster then one without it. All professional players and coaches will tell you how important a wall is to the development of a youth player's soccer skills ? it's often said 'The wall is a player?s best friend'. Unfortunately, that quote is usually all the instruction a youth player will receive in how to work the wall. Players must often figure out for themselves wall skills and ways to train them. For devoted players it is the only option when training partners are hard to come by and playing environments are limited. The wall will ALWAYS return the ball to you. This program teaches over 60 wall exercises for training striking, passing, receiving, turning, heading, juggling, volleys and inside of the foot benders.
