The Cut

This intense German drama based on the 1915 Armenian genocide in the Ottoman Empire follows Nazareth Manogian (Tahar Rahim), a young Armenian man who was ripped from his family and sent to a labor camp. After surviving being shot in the neck during an extermination line up, a battered and mute Nazareth returns home to find his family gone.
