An uncle finds himself in a frustrating situation when he attempts to cash a money order from his nephew in this comedy. The trouble begins when they tell him that he needs an ID card, but to get an ID card he must have a birth certificate, which he cannot obtain without a photograph. Things keep getting worse and worse for the poor fellow until he finally figures out that his nephew is pulling a scam on him.
