Helix: Rockin' You For 30 Years

"Canadian heavy metal outfit Helix celebrates their 30th Anniversary with this special documentary and concert filmed at the Sanderson Center in Ontario in July of 2004. Featuring a slew of former band members as well as the current lineup, the band slays through 30 years worth of material that's spliced in between a complete visual history of the raucous act.
