This documentary follows three New Yorkers used to consuming meat and dairy products as they attempt to eat a strict vegan diet over the course of six weeks. Despite facing challenges along the way, the dieters' newfound knowledge of animal agriculture only increases their conviction to create a greener world through diet and nutrition.
