Investigative Reports: The New Face Of Crime

This documentary, part of the Investigative Reports series from the A&E cable network, goes inside the world of gangs and how their influence is spreading to all walks of society. Narrated by Investigative Reports host and producer Bill Kurtis, this episode depicts gangs as well-run, astute organizations that have high aspirations, even leading into the political arena. Gang members have joined police forces in different parts of the country in order to promote their interest from the inside of law enforcement. Members have entered the military for weapons training and have even established a committee with the intent of getting members into public office.
