Investigative Reports: Irs Horror Stories

This documentary, part of the Investigative Reports series from the Arts and Entertainment Cable Network (A&E), takes a detailed look at the abuses and negligence of the Internal Revenue Service. Narrated by Investigative Reports host and producer Bill Kurtis, this video features interviews with some IRS employees who have refused to stay quiet and are speaking out about what is really happening within this agency of the government. IRS customers, who have had first-hand experiences with the cases of mismanagement and possible fraud, talk about how the tax system damaged or ruined their lives. Other IRS workers and officials who stand behind the agency talk about their role in the alleged problems and their opinions of some of the allegations.
