"Ida Lupino's taut psychological noir comes to DVD with a standard full-frame 1.33:1 image, as should all films released before 1955. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. There are no subtitles or closed-captions on the disc. Although there are no special features on this disc, the powerful film should be reason enough for any film lover to own the DVD. Just having this underappreciated film available on DVD is a treat."
