Black Moon Rising [Blu-ray]

A veteran thief is hired by the FBI to steal some politically important computer tapes. The owners of the tapes chase after him, and just as he's about to surrender the tapes to them, his car (with the tapes inside) is stolen. What happens next is anybody's guess.
