Just the Facts: The Great American State Quiz

The Just the Facts Learning Series includes a number of programs that provide intriguing information about American history and heritage. Using interesting footage and unusual stories, these programs make exposure to important facts (which kids may have missed in drier books and lectures) more fun and memorable. In this program, Just the Facts: The Great American State Quiz viewers are taken on a tour of the U.S. - visiting all of the 50 states and learning facts about each one. Information about state capitals, geography, and achievements of famous people are included - along with amusing bits of trivia. A quiz is also provided for facts-enthusiasts to test their knowledge.
