When a parent's job requires a transfer to a new town, or even a different neighborhood, the uprooting can be traumatic for the children who usually have no say in the matter. Let's Get a Move On! is a kid's video guide to a family move. The program shows how four families with children cope with the issue of relocation. Each of the youngsters expresses their feelings when they get the news. This "kids' point of view" continues through the process of each family's move.
