Best Of American Tai-Chi

The Best of American Tai-Chi gathers a host of Tai-chi masters and teachers at the "Tai-chi Farm" in Warwick, NY, to introduce viewers to the practice of Tai-chi through a variety of demonstrations. The instruction here will both teach basic principles and show viewers how certain exercises should look so that they can distinguish good teachers from bad.
