"Steven de Souza's made-for-cable Showtime religious psychological thriller Possessed comes to DVD with a widescreen transfer that produces an image with a 1.85:1 aspect ratio. An English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1, while a Spanish soundtrack is available in Dolby Digital Stereo. There are no subtitles, but the English soundtrack is closed-captioned. Supplemental materials include an interview with real-life exorcist Father Halloran, filmographies, and a link to associated websites. This is a fine DVD release that should interest genre enthusiasts."
