XX: Where the Heart Should Be

"Director Todd Verow's experimental End Times drama is comprised of 20 short films woven together to explore how humans might behave if they know the apocalypse was imminent. As a lonely woman searches for a place to die, she encounters an ex-lover who has recently had a sex change. But while he suggests that they flee to the country, she insists they stay in the city and face the end together. Meanwhile, a group of gay men go to sexual extremes in order to experience ultimate bliss before their time runs out, a pair of lonely gay lovers reunite in hopes of stirring dormant passions, and a group of porno filmmakers take the plunge into the dark side of sexuality.
