"In lieu of the horror double bill suggested by the title, this set actually contains a pair of extremely low-budget films where several former horror actresses preen and pose and show off their highly-sculpted bodies, while reflecting briefly on their lives and careers. Blood and violence are nowhere in sight. The titles on hand are 1992's Swimsuit Sensations (starring Melissa Moore, Jasae and Veronica Carothers ) and (the undated) Knockout Workout."
