A retired colonel (Battlestar Galactica's Richard Hatch) test pilots a hi-tech tank controlled by human thought, but ends up steering the unstoppable war machine directly toward Las Vegas following an electrical malfunction that leaves the former war hero convinced he's back on the battlefield.
