SILENT DREAMER

Ganesha Comes Down from the Sandia Mountains is a collection of poems more than ten years in the making. Some were written while the author was an undergrad at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,others while she traveled Peru as an ESL teacher, yet others as she found herself as a young teacher in the Chicago Public Schools. Each one shares a significant personal or global moment that carefully peels back the layers of doubt and reveals beautiful moments of wisdom.
