DRESS W/RAINBOW FAIRY WING SM

This expertly and creatively crafted dress is a vision of colors! It is made of layers of scalloped tulle over a satin body with hand-made, chiffon wings, attached to an elasticized back (for an easy fit). There is a sequin star on the front of the bodice. The painted wings are a beautiful rainbow design with elastic finger straps - the better to fly with.
