Predatory Instinct

Three inebriated teens make an extremely bad decision, when a charming stranger at a bar invites them to continue the party back at his place. His isolated house out in the desert is fun at first, but soon the kids' hosts turn out to be less than trustworthy, and just as the teens start running for their lives, they realize that even creepier, and more dangerous foes await them in the dessert - assailants that are not only deadly, they're not quite human.
