The French Chef

This three-disc set offers the chance for viewers to learn French cooking from one of the most famous chefs of the 20th century, Julia Child. Each of the discs offers a standard full-frame transfer. The English soundtrack is acceptable, not that it needs to be outstanding for something like this. Supplemental materials include a bibliography, and those with access to a DVD/ROM drive will be able to download recipes.
