The great American dream turned nightmare for a Dominican/Haitian family: Our story follows brothers, Marcell and Teddy, through the trials of losing all they know and love from their native homelands to the promise of a vast and abundant life in the U.S., all they find is despair and troubled souls. The land of milk and honey is but a fairytale for those that won't conform or who don't look the part, freedom is bathed in lies and deceit.
