Gilad: Step Aerobics

Gilad runs a workout on the beach in Hawaii with beautiful people and beautiful scenery, doing step aerobics on the sand and near the water to the music of a Hawaiian steel guitar. The energetic aerobic workout will keep viewers' hearts pumping healthily for a brisk 40 minutes. The cooldown at the end includes a six-minute abdominal workout that keeps muscles in motion while getting the heart rate back where it's supposed to be.
