Gilad: Total Body Sculpt Workout, Vol. 2

Certified fitness instructor Gilad hosts the at-home exercise program Gilad: Total Body Sculpt Workout, Vol. 2. This release includes three episodes of Gilad's Total Body Sculpt cable television series, each with its own 23-minute target workout. Each episode commences with a warm up, then segues into circuit training with light-medium hand weight exercises that help the participant sculpt target areas; the first episode hones in on abdominals, buttocks and biceps; the second on thighs, abdominals, triceps and shoulders; and the third on thighs, buttocks, abdominals, triceps and biceps.
