Lone wolf artist and landlord Sebastian plunges himself onto a sordid world of fetishistic debauchery while exploring violence through photography and binging on films bursting with taboo imagery. Abused as a young boy, his mind slowly begins to unravel as his pretty new tenant Sarah is gradually seduced into his dark and sordid world.
