Lost in Space

"This New Line Platinum Series DVD is an education in special effects and an homage to Lost in Space. There are also two making-of featurettes, one on the special effects, with action sequences laid out in computer model form, and the other discussing the future of the planet from an environmental viewpoint. Included on this disc is a synopsis of every single episode of the television show, as well as new interviews with the original cast. Check out nine annotated deleted scenes, a theatrical trailer, production designs, cast and crew bios, and a music video by Apollo 440. Finally, with DVD-ROM capabilities, viewers can use PC-friendly software to access the screenplay, trivia games, and much more. The film may have disappointed the diehard fans, but the DVD won't."
